Women all over the world are given high expectations, responsibilities, and rigorous paths to follow in order to be taken seriously. We are often told what we're allowed to say or think and never get a chance to authentically express ourselves. Today, I invite you to break those rules. 100% Unfiltered is the raw, outspoken thoughts of women on a variety of topics. We talk about nothing and everything. Most episodes feature us laughing, ranting, complaining, or crying--we are here for it all. The goal is to create a positive non-judgmental environment for anyone who tunes in!
Meet the Lead Host
My name is Sophie and I am the Lead Host of 100% Unfiltered.
I started my podcast in the summer of 10th grade as a casual hobby. I have always wanted to support Feminism but I never knew how. My school didn't have any feminist clubs and neither did my community.
By starting 100% Unfiltered, It is a way for teenagers and young girls to talk about feminism without extreme ideas. Feminism can be such a controversial topic and there are so many people with different ideas, my podcast breaks down those ideas in a way that young people are able to talk about.

I hope that young girls who listen to my podcast are able to laugh, cry, and relate to the things we talk about. So many issues that girls go through are ignored or no one talks about them. It's important to understand that we are all together. No girl is alone.
